Put a cool wet cloth on your face.

Soak it in cool water and wring it out so that it won’t drip down your face. Place it over your face and let it sit for a moment before turning it over. Repeat, then wipe your face and let it dry naturally.

ALTERNATIVE: If you are uncomfortable having something cover your face, wipe your face with the cloth in smaller areas rather than your whole face at once. Take it slowly and carefully, at your own pace.
