Breakfast Day
Make your breakfast of choice and plate it nicely. If it’s a smoothie, put it in a fancy glass. If it’s pancakes, pretend you have your own cooking show and want it to make your audience hungry. No matter what you have made, make it special to YOU. Take a photo before enjoying and savouring your meal. Once you are done, do the dishes. You can dry them or leave them in the rack, but make sure your kitchen is nice and clean when you leave.
Task length: 1-hour
ALTERNATIVE: If you are finding it very difficult to eat something today, that’s alright. It can be really hard sometimes. Find a place where you feel really comfortable, it doesn’t need to be an open space like your lounge room. It could be a bedroom, cupboard, or under a tree outside.
