Drink lots of water.
Today, you’ve got to get through 7 cups of water, or roughly 2 litres if you have a drink bottle. If you hate plain water, one of those cups may be a juice or tea.

ALTERNATIVE: If you struggle with getting that much liquid in per day, make sure to drink 3 cups of water mindfully. Be conscious about those 3 cups as you drink them.
