Reflective shower
Find a time of day where you can have a longer-than-normal shower. During your shower, think of three things that have shaped you into who you are today. Have a neutral outlook on those events, be matter of fact. Realise how strong you are today because of those three events, and understand that you are still here because of your amazing resilience and the future that is set out for you.
Task length: 10-30mins
ALTERNATIVE: If showering is triggering, try having a bath instead. If water is the issue, follow the above steps while washing your face with a washcloth, then putting moisturizer on.
