Make your bed.
If you are feeling particularly fancy, wash the sheets too! But make sure you make your bed, and make it look nice and appealing so that you want to go to bed at night. Tuck in the sides, fluff up the pillows, put some teddies or cushions on there, whatever makes you happy.
Task length: 10mins-1hour (if you are washing/drying the sheets)
ALTERNATIVE: If you have trouble with mobility and struggle to make the bed, ask a friend or carer to help you and supervise how they do it. If no one is available today, text them if they are happy to do it next time they are around.
