Write a gratitude list.
Often in life, we feel as though the bills, tasks, and workload is constantly piling up. We worry so much about what needs doing that we don’t always think about the blessings. Write down 20 things you are thankful for, no matter how small, large, existential, or personal. Once you have finished writing your list, place it on the fridge and add to it during the week if you find that something really stands out to you.
Task length: 10-20mins
ALTERNATIVE: If you are struggling to think about things you are thankful for, you can alternatively think about a good memory you have. Write down the very basics of the memory and place it in a drawer.
