Travel to some place quiet and scenic, sit on the ground, and imagine you are somewhere else.

It could be anywhere, a memory, a fictional place, somewhere in the world. Spend a few minutes creating the scene around you with your eyes closed, and feel the ground around you for sensory stimulation.

ALTERNATIVE: If you have mobility issues/if it’s raining, try the same thing in your living room, but imagine you are in a different indoor location.
